Your books, your return, and the decisions in between.

Bookkeeping, tax preparation, and fractional CFO work from one firm — so the numbers you run the business on are the same numbers you file.

Three vendors, three sets of assumptions

Most small businesses end up with a bookkeeper, a tax preparer, and nobody at all in the third chair. The bookkeeper categorizes as best they can. The preparer reclassifies at year-end. Neither one calls you in June, when the decision actually gets made.

We do all three. The categorization that happens in March is the categorization that files in April, and the person who sees both is the person you call before you sign a lease.

What the first ninety days look like

01

We look at what you have. A working session on your current books, your last filed return, and whatever system you’re on now. You leave knowing what’s actually wrong, whether or not you hire us.

02

We get the ledger honest. Cleanup and catch-up if it’s needed, then a close calendar you can set your watch by.

03

We start looking forward. Once the history is reliable, the conversation changes from what happened to what you should do next.

Start with the conversation

Tell us what you’re running and where it’s stuck. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.
